Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. Resubmittal Required: Site Plan General Comments 1. The relocated solid waste containers can not be accessed by the truck. The service area must have a clear approach of 14 feet by forty feet for the collection vehicle. There are parking places in the way of the approach. The enclosure must meet the requirements specified in DS 6-01.4.2 Minimum outside turning radius for the truck is 36 ft. Outside turning radius is 50 ft. 2. Sidewalks must be flood free for up to the ten year event. It is not clear on the plan how roof drainage over the new 8 ft. covered walkway will be routed. Place a note on the plan that all roof downspouts will be routed under any adjacent sidewalk. |
