Site Plan

Transmittal date: 2nd Review May 6, 2004

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. I acknowledge that a DSMR was applied for to allow the exisitng conditions to remain as approved on the previous site plan.

The site plan cannot be approved until final resolution of the DSMR application. If the DSMR is approved, provide to copies of the DSD approval letter from Patricia Gehlen. The DSMR case number, date of approval, and conditions of approval must be listed on the site plan. This is a minor revision and I am willing to review and approve the plan over the counter once the DSMR has been granted and the information requested has been added to the site plan.

Previous Comment 5.

A four-foot wide concrete sidewalk is required along the southeast and northeast sides of the existing building between the parking spaces and the building, see relines. Also a four-foot wide concrete sidewalk along the east side of the existing building must be provided within a five-foot pedestrian refuge area. Please add the sidewalks as required. I acknowledge that the addition of the required sidewalks may create a problem for the PAAL widths, which must be 24 feet wide. DS 2-02.2.1.A.12
