Circuit Drive Jaguar at the Auto Mall Site Plan Transmittal date: 1st Review March 30, 2004 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed. 1. This project was reviewed for full code compliance with all applicable LUC code criteria for the Vehicle Rental and Sales Use and applicable Development Standards, 2-02, 2-08, 2-09, 3-05. 2. Please adjust all text height which is not 12 point or greater in height. 3. Per the plan and the symbol for required vehicle parking, 211 spaces have been provided.
