ARCHITECTURAL COMMENTS
Sheet A1
1. Please show access to concealed attic spaces. Ref. IBC 1208.

2. The window in room 113, within a 24" arc swing of door 114, requires safety glazing. Ref. IBC 2406.2.6.

3. Provide the listing number from an approved testing agency for wall type 6A. This assembly appears to be the GA file no.3910. Please clarify.

Sheet A3
1. Please provide a construction dimension for window sill heights.

Sheet A4
1. Complete the ceiling type keynote reference in section A/A9 for rooms 205, 203, 104, 114 and 112.

Sheet A5
1. Doors 106 and 116 encroach into the path of egress. Please address. Ref. IBC 1003.2.3.1.

PLUMBING COMMENTS
General
1. The 1/8" scale is too small to clearly show the work to be performed.

Sheets P1 and P2
1. Show supply, soil and vent lines to fixture P3 in details 9/P2 and 8/P2.

2. Show all fixtures in details 1/P2, 2/P2, 3/P2 and 4/P2. Only nine points of supply are shown, where 13 are to be installed. Only eight points of connection to soil and vent are shown, where 14 are to be installed.

Sheet P2
1. Show all required cleanouts on the isometric drawings. Ref. UPC 707.4.

2. Dimension the mounting height of the water heaters. Detail provisions for access if mounting is greater than 8'-0" above the finished floor. Ref. UPC 511.

Sheet P4
1. Include the hose bibb and pressure reducing valve quantities in the fixture schedule.
