All corrections must be made to the original drawings and two new complete and corrected sets resubmitted along with a written reply to all comments. To facilitate a timely recheck please insure all drawing changes or revisions made to previously issued sheets are highlighted by cloud and revision number. ARCHITECTURAL COMMENTS Sheet 1.0 1. Note the size of the water meter. Comment restated. 2. Provide tread and riser dimensions, landing dimensions and note handrail provisions to comply with R312, 314 and 315. Comment restated. To clarify, this is in reference to the stairway leading from the covered patio to the parking area. Sheet 3.0 1. Provide a detail of the porch footings. Comment restated. The response indicated that these footings would be deleted. These footings complete the load path and may not be deleted. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS General 1. The trusses D01E, D02, D03, D04, D05 and D05E are not a part of this project and can be removed from the layout package. 2. The B01E and B02 trusses are 3 point bearing trusses. Show the bearing wall at the 25'-0" dimension of the middle bearing point. Sheet 5.0 1. Provide a detail of the post to beam connection at the exterior porch. Comment restated. The Simpson connections specified in the response are not load rated. Please clarify. PLUMBING COMMENTS Sheet 6.0 1. Show the water supply line coming from the south. MECHANICAL COMMENTS- The mechanical portion has been reviewed and approved. ELECTRICAL COMMENTS - The electrical portion has been reviewed and approved. ENERGY COMMENTS - The energy portion has been reviewed and approved.
