Provide a dimension for the existing hcs. 2. Note the size of the water meter. 3. Provide tread and riser dimensions, landing dimensions and note handrail provisions to comply with R312, 314 and 315. Sheet 3.0 1. Provide a detail of the porch footings. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS General 1. Include the engineered truss design, prepared by an Arizona P. E. with the second submittal. Sheet 5.0 1. Provide a detail of the post to beam connection at the exterior porch. PLUMBING COMMENTS Sheet 6.0 1. The fixture unit schedule shows 2 washing machines. Only one clothes washer is shown on the plan. Clarify. 2. Show fixture unit values consistent with the Uniform Plumbing Code. 3. Include the water supply calculation. MECHANICAL COMMENTS 1. Condensate drain may not terminate at plumbing vents. Specify an approve point of termination. ELECTRICAL COMMENTS Sheet 7.0 1. Circuits 22 and 24 were not shown on the plan. Clarify. ENERGY COMMENTS - The energy portion has been reviewed and approved.
