The following items must be revised on or added to the site plan. Please attach a response letter with the next submittal, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed:

1. The parking calculation has been done incorrectly. The calculation must be revised to include parking for the overall building square footage at a ratio of one space per 200 square feet of gross floor area or at a ratio of one space per 250 square feet of of office area plus one space per one hundred square feet of classroom area. Whichever of the two calculations is greater is the one the must be used.

A dimensioned floor plan may be required in order to verify the parking requirements.




Previous Comment: The parking calculations must be revised. Please refer to LUC 3.3.4 for the minimum parking required for an instructional school. A breakdown of the use by floor area will be required to determine the number of vehicle spaces required (DS 2-02.2.2.A.4),
