IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS.

1. Since Panel A is to be mounted outdoors, please indicate the designation "NEMA 3R" on the panel schedule.
2. Service disconnect is 400A on Sheet 14 Power and Signal Plan, and 800A on Sheet 15 Single Line Diagram. Please clarify.
3. Sheet 10 Mechanical Equipment Schedule, calls for AH with 50 KW factory electric heating. Sheet 12 Panel A Schedule calls for 37.6 KW heat. Please coordinate with Mechanical and clarify.
4. Load calculations for AH need to consider the 5 HP motor for IFM in addition to the heater. Without the IFM motor the strip heater will burn everything up.
5. According to Bob Sherry, the Mechanical Plans Examiner (791.5550 x2209), the Condensing Unit is a 38AKSO14, which at 208 volts has MOCP of 100A, MCA of 69.6. Please coordinate with Mechanical and clarify.
6. EF-1, EF-2, and EF-3 are on Mechanical Floor Plan and Equipment Schedule. Please add to electrical design.
7. Ckt B-26 is for Video Control Area on Power and Signal Plan, but is spare on Panel Schedule. Please clarify.
8. Ckt B-24 is for Audio Control Area on Power and Signal Plan, but is Video Controls on Panel Schedule. Please clarify.
9. Ckt B-22 is for Lighting Control Area on Power and Signal Plan, but is Sound Controls on Panel Schedule. Please clarify.
10. Please specify the wiring method for this installation. Such methods as specified will be evaluated according to the requirements of NEC 518.4 and 520.5.
11. Information available with this submittal does not provide information sufficient to evaluate the dimmers according to the requirements of NEC 514.25. Of specific concern is the requirement to protect each dimmer at no greater than 125% of its rating. Product material does not indicate dimmer rating; thus it is unclear whether the fuses provided in each channel, 6.3A according to the Rear Panel Description, would meet Code. If this equipment was listed by a Testing Laboratory such as UL, we would not have to address this requirement in such detail.
12. Dimmers appear to be hardwired to Ckts B1, B3, B5, B7, B9, and B11. Rear Control Panel Item #10 is a plug-in Power Cord. Please clarify.
