THE REQUIRED TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THE BUILDING SHALL BE DETERMINED BY APPLYING THE HEIGHT AND AREA LIMITATIONS FOR EACH OF THE APPLICABLE OCCUPANCIES TO THE ENTIRE BUILDING. THE MOST RESTRICTIVE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SO DETERMINED SHALL APPLY TO ENTIRE BUILDING. 2) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN THAT REFLECTS THE COMBINATION OF LOTS AND ADDRESSES. CLARIFY ON SITE PLAN THAT IBC CHAPT. 11 REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN MET. SUCH AS PUBLIC WAY, ROUTE OF TRAVEL, AND PARKING.
3) WALL PANELS? DETAILS NOTE WALL PANELS. ELEVATIONS DO NOT SHOW WALL PANELS. PLEASE CLARIFY.
