On the power plan there is a receptacle on CKT A-28, but not on the Panel Schedule. Please clarify. 3. CKT A-27 shall beo counted as no less than 1200VA for the sign per NEC 220-2 (6). 4. Reference Note 5, there is no such NEC TAble as 250-95. The correct TAble is 250-22. 5. Show the X-Ray Generator on the plans, and it's proper installation per NEC 517 E. 6. Add the following note, as appropriate: "All work in patient care areas shall be performed in accordance with NEC 517-13. 7. Show fault calculations, and AFC at Panel B. |
