A hold on the building's CofO will be issued until a copy of the recorded covenant and Assessors tax combination form is submitted to the Zoning Review Section for DSD records. Previous comment: Per Pima County Assessors Records, the site is comprised of separate parcels which must be combined by providing a copy of the recorded City of Tucson Lot Combination Covenant and a copy of the approved Pima County Assessors Tax Combination form. Previous comment: D.S. 2-08.4.1.A requires that at least one (1) sidewalk be provided to a project from each street on which the project has frontage. Provide a sidewalk to 1st Street right-of-way. (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.12) 6. The building permit may not be issued until the "15-foot unspecified easement" located within the proposed building site is abandoned and recordation information provided to the Zoning Review Section.
