1. Ckt 1 on panel schedule indicates bath and hall lights. Bath and hall lights on plan are Ckts 5 and 3. Please clarify.
2. Ckt 3 is a space on panel schedule. On plan there are lights on Ckt 3. Please clarify.
3. Lights in the hall are not on a circuit.
4. Provide a maintenance receptacle for the new AC, per NEC 210-63.
5. Ckts 18 and 20 should have the same load. Please correct.
6. With 5 receptacles on Ckt 9, load should be no less than 900 VA per NEC 220-2 (b) (9).
7. With 5 receptacles on Ckt 7, load should be no less than 900 VA per NEC 220-2 (b) (9).
8. Phase C is overloaded. My check totals 22,840 VA of connected load, 22,680 VA demand load, and over 200A. Please correct.
9. Provide overcurrent protection for the feeder to the new panel, and size per NEC, or demonstrate that the existing OCPD is sufficient.
10. Show fault calculations, and demonstrate that AFC rating at new equipment is sufficient.
