The scope of this review covers Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittal provided. All portions of the project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval.

GENERAL:

q There are no general comments to be addressed.

ARCHITECTURAL:

q Keyed note 6 on Sheet A2.0 indicates that the area on right side of the floor plan is "not in contract", however the framing plan on Sheet S3.2 indicates new roof framing. Please clarify.

STRUCTURAL:

q Provide City of Tucson special inspection certificate(s) for the following:
· Concrete
· Reinforcing Steel
· Structural Steel
· Masonry
· High Strength Bolting
· Field Welding
· Epoxy Anchor

q Is the 8 1/2" x 11" drawing marked "SK2" (which shows a masonry retaining wall) a replacement for the loading dock, superceding Detail 107 on Sheet S4.1? Please clarify. If so, a note should be placed at Detail 107 voiding Detail 107 and referencing SK2.

MECHANICAL:
