Grading Plan:
1. The Grading/Stockpile plan has been conditionally approved by Engineering.
2. No other grading shall take place other then the grading necessary for the streets prior to or in conjunction with the completion/construction of the Julian Wash re-alignment. The grading restrictions include but are not limited to the mass grading and/or grubbing of the individual blocks, common areas and ret/det basins of La Estancia De Tucson subdivision.

Stormwater pollution prevention plan:
1. The SWPPP plan is approved by Engineering.

01/18/2005 Andrew Connor NPPO REVIEW Denied 1. Development of the area included on the plans requires approval from CDRC. Submit Development/Landscape NPP plans to CDRC. Once approved these plans are to be included with the grading plans for reference.

2. Per LUC 3.8.4.5 the native plant preservation "plan shall affirm, by a statement on the Plan, conformance with the requirements of the Federal Endangered Species Act and the Arizona Native Plant Law". Revise as necessary.

3. The salvage and mitigation analysis on sheet N1 indicates that Pima Pineapple cacti may exist on the site and that they have been included in the inventory. Revise the inventory to show any of these found on the site. One hundred (100) percent of Federal Endangered species shall be preserved-in-place or salvaged and transplanted on-site per LUC 3.8.6.2.A.

4. Provide a landscape plan to show the ultimate disposition of PIP, TOS, and required mitigation as shown in NPP summary per DS 2-15.3.4.B.2

5. Sheet N-1 indicates the location of a temporary off site nursery. Include area in NPP calculations or reference a previously approved NPP plan per DS 2-15.3.4.A.5

6. Include method for irrigation to salvaged plants in the temporary holding area DS 2-15.3.4.B.4
