3. Sight Visibility Triangles are clear lines of sight will be maintained along all streets and driveways to assure the safety of motorists and pedestrians. D.S.3-01.5.1 Lines of sight will not be obscured between thirty (30) inches and six (6) feet through a triangular area adjacent to a driveway, a PAAL, an alley, or a street, where such access ways intersect with another street in a T-configuration. 4. The proposed retaining wall exceeds the required height for a Sight Visibility Triangle. Correct and revise or contact Matthew Flick of Development Services/Engineering @ 791-5640 ext. 1192 to reach an agreement that does not meet Development Standards 3-01.5.0 and to obtain a DSMR.

4. Provide structural calculations to comply with the ER Report #5087, including global stability and reinforcing requirements.
S4. Clarify on drawings, per ER5087, Special Inspection required for:
1. Block placement.
2. Backfill.
3. Geogrid installation, if required by structural calculations.
