The Grading Plan, Drainage Report and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) were not approved at this time. Grading Plan comments: 1. The Grading Plan cannot be approved until the Tentative Plat has been approved. Additional comments may be forthcoming after the Tentative Plat has been approved. 2. Provide pipe bollards or some other method for preventing unauthorized vehicle access through the two areas of depressed curbs along the south end of the PAAL. 3. Show and label grading limits. 4. Provide a diagram of the wall opening that accepts the discharge from the site on the north side of the project area. Show the location and size to demonstrate that it has the capacity to receive the discharge. 5. Revise the plans to show that the tops of the the cut slopes are at least two feet from the property line. (DS 11-01.9.2) 6. Revise the details of the entry sidewalk to provide a concrete surface or the equivalent as required by the Development Standard 2-08.5.1.C. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan comments: 7. Part IV.C.2.e. Show the location of the Rose Hill Wash in the general location map. 8. Revise the description of the Post-Construction Controls on page 11 to be consistent with the rest of the project descriptions. Revise the Site Plan, Grading Plan, Drainage Report and the SWPPP to address all of these comments and resubmit three copies of the grading plan and two copies of the SWPPP.
