Provide two sets of drawings, (C1.1, C2.1, C3.1, LP1, LP2, etc) for this permit (T04BU02929), that are original without prior permit approvals by this jurisdiction, (City of Tucson) for review and approval of this permit. S4. Provide elevation of retaining walls, looking from west to east, on drawings. Showing: 1. Dimensionally locate retaining walls from north or south property lines. 2. Variation in height of retaining walls. 3. Length of retaining walls. 4. Dimensionally locate guard ref 2/C2.1. 5. Length of guard. 6. Location of daylight drain pipe system opening to daylight. 7. Resolution of apparent conflict between daylight drain pipe system and 24" diameter corrugated steel drain pipe from detention/retention basin ref 3/C2.1 and 5/C2.1. S5. Provide seal and signature of Soils Engineer on drawing/s, including soils details and specifications, due to the dependency of these retaining walls on this Soils Analysis, Soils Work, Engineered Fill and Backfill, also indicate and show compliance with ICC Evaluation Services Legacy Report #ER-5087. S6. Provide copy of FHWA Design and Construction Guidelines for Reinforced Soil Structures Volume 1, per ICC Evaluation Services Legacy Report #ER-5087 for review and approval of Permit. S7. Show actual values used in design have been approved by soils engineer of record per footnote #2 , table 10 - facing connection capacity of ER-5087. S8. Provide construction details conforming to ER-5087 requirements, document compliance on AB1 or provide additional drawings showing how construction will comply with ER5087 and Allan Block Design Manual. S9. Provide Inspection Program, per 1997 Uniform Administrative Code Section #302.5, for required Special Inspections. S10. Special Inspections required for: 1. Block placement. 2. Backfill. 3.
