DSD Engineering recommends CONDITIONAL APPROVAL (with conditions for the civil drawings C1 - C5 and the SWPPP report), AT TIME OF HEALTH DEPARTMENT APPROVAL. The Drainage Report was accepted for this project only. GRADING PLAN /SWPPP CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1) HEALTH DEPARTMENT APPROVAL required prior to approval and issuance of permits. 2) Estimate for total disturbance area is labeled as 227,745 square feet as noted on sheet C2. 3) REGARDING SHEET C1, SEE Survey Field Book 1989-A-1 Page 70 FOR BENCHMARK REFERENCE. 4) GRADE TO DRAIN AWAY FROM STRUCTURES. 5) The signatures from the operators must be on the SWPPP on the site copy of the SWPPP at or before the commencement of construction. 6) Contractor must complete the Notice of Intent and submit it to ADEQ and the City of Tucson 48 hours prior to commencement of construction activity. 7) Clearing and grubbing and demolition will occur after the erosion controls are established.
