Provide additional detail(s) for the proposed swale(s) designed for acceptance/conveyance of flow from the south, fully labeled and dimensioned, with notation for any material (hand placed rock riprap?) to be installed. 3. Revise General Grading Note # 2 to specify grading conformance with Development Standard 11-01.0. 4. Provide a note for minimum compaction requirements in all fill areas on the plan, and reference any/all applicable geotechnical recommendations. 5. Indicate on the plan proposed slope treatment for all cut/fill slopes. 6. Omit reference to top/bottom of wall elevations on the eastern (mid) property line, as there appears to be no wall proposed on this lot. Please note that the plan may serve as a site/grading plan for permit issuance and approval purposes, once appropriately titled. The consultant may wish to contact the Zoning Review Section reviewer for any additional (site plan) notes, calculations, content requirements that must be provided on the plan.
