1. Revise General Grading Note number 8 to read, "All work shall conform to Grading Standards DS 11-01."

2. Show roof drainage (flow arrows). DS 2-02.2.1.A.16.

3. Basis of Bearing is not required. Remove General Grading note number 1.

4. Give the field book and page for the Basis of Elevation.

5. There is a significant difference in the basis of elevation between the site plan and the grading plan. A difference of 96.18' does not seem possible. Revise the Basis of Elevation on the Grading Plan.
