Comments:

1. The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, and Landscape Review Sections and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next grading plan submittal.

3. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

4. It appears that the approved site plan has expired and has not been submitted for site review and approval. The site plan was re-submitted for review in February 2006 and was stopped witout approval. This grading plan cannot beapproved until a revised and approved site plan is submitted.

1. Provide three complete copies of the revised grading plan.
2. Provide sufficient grade information or infiltration data to show how the ponding that has been noted east of the drive has been corrected.
3. Ensure that all of the applicable punch list items from inspector have been addressed. Include a letter outlining how each correction has been completed.
4. Include a copy of the approved site plan with the revised grading plan.
