The grading plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan on this review. 2. Zoning could not verify that the grading plan was in compliance with the CDRC approved and stamped revised tentative plat plan. Please submit two copies of the CDRC approved and stamped tentative plat plans with the next grading plan submittal. 3. During the review process it was noted that there were many instances where the grading plan does not match the last submittal copy of the tentative plat. Some examples, the building footprints on the grading plan do not match or are the old footprints from the previously approved TP, sidewalks shown incorrectly, bicycle parking missing, parking spaces missing. It seems to me that if the tentative plat and grading plan drawings were supposed to have been revised to match as built conditions both plans would match. Zoning will not approve the grading plan and may request a re-draw of the tentative plat if there is inconsistency. 4. Zoning will re-review the grading plan on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the CDRC approved tentative plat plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming. |
