CODE SECTION/ DEVELOPMENT STANDARD 1. The plans submitted is for covered parking structures for an apartment complex in the C-1 Zone. The covered parking structures are accessory structures to the primary structures and must meet all setbacks. 2. Please provide a copy of the last stamped approved site plan for this apartment complex. 3. Please provide a full size site plan rather than a coversheet. The site plan should be in a standard engineering scale no larger that 1" = 60'. Along with the full site plan, it may be necessary to provide close up portions of the site plan along with site plan details. DS 2-02.2.1.A 4. Please do not color the plan with a highlighter. All lettering and dimensions on a site plan must the equivalent of twelve point font or greater. None of the font should be in any half-tones. These plans are to be recorded on microfilm. Small print and highlighter coloring do not reproduce well. 5. Due to the above conditions of the plans submitted and the omission of the previously stamped, approved site plan, we cannot provide a complete review at this time. |
