Please include a letter with the next submittal addressing how all the engineering and floodplain comments have been addressed. Resubmittal Required: Grading Plan Grading Plan 1. A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal. 2. Show the basis of elevation for the plan. Site Plan standards require a elevations based on a COT bench mark. The TDOT website shows an elevation of 2366 NAVD-88 in the northeast corner of Lot 1. The ground appears to drop about two feet to the southwest corner of the lot. The submitted Grading Plan shows an existing basin in the middle of the lot (about 4 ft. deep). Aerial photos do not seem to show this hole. Acurate existing grades must be shown based on a COT monument. DS 2-02.2.1.A.23 3. Stormwater must be accepted and released from developments in approximately the same locations and with the same magnitude as found under existing conditions. If a basin currently exists at the site (as the contours on the submitted plan shows) then filling this hole may push stormwater on to the development to the south.
