1) Sheet 39 of calc`s states that the lateral force on the longitude direction is
resisted by shear walls. Therefore, specify the resisting values from approved
reference for the shear. Also specify the value of the connector, the size, and
spacing. Specify the length of the shear wall.
2) Do the same for the roof diaphragm as above.
3) The shear wall openings as shown on the structural analysis sheet 40 does not
Correspond to that shown on plans. Clarify!
