The Grading Plan was not approved at this time. Grading Plan comments: 1) The Development Plan must be approved before the grading plan can be approved. Include a copy of the approved Development Plan with the grading permit application. 2) Include the address for the project. 3) Clearly delineate the grading limits. 4) Include estimated cut and fill quantities and estimated graded area on the grading plan. 5) Reference note #6 in east driveway appears to be misplaced. Please clarify. 6) Provide a wheel barrier to prevent encroachment onto any unsurfaced areas at the south end of the back-up spur. (Development Standard (DS) 3-05.2.2.D Revise the Grading Plan and SWPPP to address all of these comments and resubmit three copies for review along with a copy of the approved Tentative Plat.
