The Grading Plan (GP) and Drainage Statement (DS) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 2. The grading plan cannot be approved prior to the approval of the Site plan. 3. Please list estimated cut & fill quantities per D.S. 2-02.2.1.17. 4. Show Grading plan number (T04BU01455) on all sheets 5. The grading differential for this project exceeds the 2.0-foot allowed in Section 13 of the 2000 IBC. Please proceed with the notification process in Section 13 for mitigation. Drainage Statement: 1. A Drainage Statement is required. A DS is a brief description of drainage conditions applicable for a site which is not affected be 100-year flows of 100 cfs, or more, and is neither subject to detention requirements nor impacted by flows from a significant watercourse per S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.1.3. 2. The content and format of the DS should follow S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.1.3. 3. Show the project address on the cover of the Drainage Statement.
