The Grading Plan was not approved at this time. Grading Plan comments: 1. Revise the grading plan to clearly show the grading limits and limits of disturbance. If the grading limits extend beyond the area shown on the tentative plat, provide a new HDZ analysis. 2. Show the tops and toes of proposed cut and fill slopes with spot elevations. 3. In a note, indicate the extent of the graded area. Revise the Grading Plan to address these comments and resubmit two copies of each for review.
