The Grading plan cannot be approved without the corrected (by the comments issued by Laith Alshami) FUP (T04OT00898) and the additional FUP that will be applied for in order to bore under the Mesquite Ranch wash in order to avoid mitigation. 3. The present FUP comments on the Web by Laith Alshami on 06/22/2004 are as follows, these comments shall apply to the future FUP as well: Floodplain Use Permit Comments: Provide a separate plan, which shows the impacted area and the proposed work with all the required details.
