Grading Plan Comments:

1- Submit a copy of the Soils Report to support the proposed slope protection and to verify the definition of "Steep Slopes".
2- Therse is still a concern that lots 15-21 may still be impacted by the street runoff in the superelevated streets.
3- There is still a Cross sections J/11 shown near lots 17 & 18. Revise.
4- The proposed trail and multi purpose path locations should be determined and shown on the Tentative Plat and Grading Plan.
5- Provide a copy of the revised Tentative Plat with the next Grading Plan submittal.
6- Provide a detailed response letter with the next submittal that explains how the comments were addressed and references the exact locations/sheets where the revisions were made.


SWPPP Comments:

The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is acceptable and it is hereby approved.

Two copies of the CDRC approved and stamped tentatative plat, landscape and NPPO plans must be included with grading plan with the next grading plan submittal.

Zoning will review and approve the grading plan once the Engineering and Landscape review sections have approved the grading plan.
