Research Court Grading Plan T04BU01005 (First Review) T14S, R15E, Section 21 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan, Drainage Report and SWPPP The Grading Plan (GP), Drainage Report (DR) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP. 2. (3) Sets of the grading plan are required on grading submittals. 3. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting". 4. All easement and dedications must be recorded prior to the approval of the grading plan. 5. Add the basin(s) maintenance responsibility note per S.M.D.D.F.M. 2.3.1.6 C 1. 6. Please contact Glenn Hicks at 791-4873 x120 for approval of construction in the linear park. Please provide approval letters when obtained. 7. List administrative address/site address on plans. 8. 5' wide conc. sidewalks are required along the r/w per D.S. 3-01.4.0. 9. A permit will be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permit information. 10. Delineate 100-year W.S.E.L. 11. Call out peak discharges entering and exiting the site. 12. Place all service facilities such as electrical and heating equipment at or above the regulatory flood elevation per Chap. 26 -5.1.11 of the floodplain and erosion hazard management code. Please elevate, as required, the electric transformer adjacent to the refuse containers at the rear of the property. 13. It seems there may be a need to install a depressed curb for the scupper outlets on Research Court or call out handicap ramps if applicable, please explain or address. Drainage Report: 1. The DR is conditionally accepted. Please address the following comment to satisfy the condition. 2. Please grade basin DA4 to drain. This does not mean out of the basin, but rather to the area of the weir. 3. Please grade basin DA1 to drain and install a bleeder pipe to discharge into the Pantano Wash. 4. The Drainage reports were returned upon completion of this review. Stormwater pollution prevention plan: 1. The SWPPP has been accepted. Please submit three copies of the SWPPP report with the re-submittal. 2. The SWPPP reports were returned upon completion of this review.
