The grading plan has been reviewed by the Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan at this time. There are several issues that must be addressed on the grading plan which will require that the grading plan be reivised before the Zoning Review Section can approve it. 1. The grading plan does not match the approved and stamped development plan. The grading plan must be revised to match the approved and stamped development plan or a revised development will be required. 2. Sidewalks shown on the development plan are not shown on the grading plan. A portion of the crosswalk from Pad 8 to Pad 7 must be physically separated from the PAAL. See redlines. 3. Bicycle parking facility locations and sidewalks to those locations have been omitted on the grading plan. 4. Parking spaces and a sidewalk along the eastside of Pad 10 have been omitted. 5. Two rows of parking spaces along the northeast corner of the site north of pad 8 have been reduced from 23 spaces to 21 spaces and from 21 to 19. 6. Handicap access ramps have been omitted in certain areas, crosswalks, bicycle parking facility locations and sidewalks have been omitted. Please see the redlines on the grading plan by the Zoning Reviewer. Revise the plan to match the approved development plan or if the changes are necessary for the development, a revised development plan will need to be submitted to DSD CDRC for review and approval. Please contact me if you have any questions. Submit the redlines with the next grading plan submittal. |
