The response to previous comment # 3, "Include the property line in section A (block wall detail)..." has revealed a portion of the retaining wall footer on the adjacent property, and may not be approved as proposed. Revise the plan detail(s) accordingly, or provide signed/written permission from the adjacent property owner with a resubmittal. 2. A minimum 42" security barrier must be provided at the top of all basin slopes where slopes exceed 4:1 and water depths exceed 2 feet, in accordance with Section 3.6.2 of the Pima County/City of Tucson Stormwater Retention/Detention Manual (Development Standard 10-01.0). Revise the report, grading plan and all related details to demonstrate conformance with this requirement. 3. The drainage report, any corresponding exhibits, and the grading plan must demonstrate conformance with emergency spillway requirements outlined in Section 3.3.4 of Development Standard 10-01.0. Specifically, the report must demonstrate that the unattenuated 100-year peak discharge be safely accommodated and conveyed in the same manner and direction as would have occurred under pre-developed conditions. 4. Please include the long term maintenance responsibility paragraph in the report, as specified in Section 2.3.1.2 E of the City of Tucson's Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management (Development Standard 10-02.0).
