1- It was determined in a field meeting that the slope east of the pad on lot 5 will be moved closer to the pad, and the easement area will be brought back to predevelopment grade in order to prevent the water from backing up into the neighbor's property. It was also determined that the slope will be protected with rip rap. Revise sheets 1/5, 3/5 and 5/5 accordingly.
2- Cross section H/5 should be revised to reflect the requirement in comment #1.
3- Cross section G/5 in inconsistent with the slope shown in the profile on sheet 3/5. Correct the discrepancy.
06/17/2004 Joseph Linville NPPO REVIEW Denied 1) Revise the grading plans to establish limits of grading as described in general note 16 on sheet 1 of the grading plan in order to meet the requirements of the approved plat, landscape and native plant preservation plans. The understory of protected plants is to be preserved at existing grade for a distance of 1.5 times the drip-line radius. A line which identifies the limt of grading/disturbance is necessary.

2) The revised native plant preservation and landscape plans are to be submitted to the CDRC Office as a revision to
Tentative Plat S02-022.
Resubmit these plans when stamped approved by CDRC with the revised grading plans.
