Grading Plan Comments:

1. Based on the Record of Survey (Book 12, Page 28), the southern 30' of lot 1 and common area "A"/Wren's nest Place, is public right of way per Book 3, Page 46 M & P. Revise the final plat and the proposed dedication accordingly.
2. It appears that the fill east of lot 5 may cause an unacceptable back water situation on the adjacent parcel to the east. Revise the grading problem to eliminate any potential runoff obstruction.

SWPPP Comments:

1. Identify on the map the estimated slopes after grading (Part IV.C.3.a.).
2. Identify on the map areas of soil disturbance (Part IV.C.3.b.).
3. Identify on the map areas of soil disturbance and relocate the silt fence, along the linear park area, to the toe of the proposed slope on lots 5-7 (Part IV.C.3.b.).
4. Call out permanent stabilization practices Identify on the map areas of soil disturbance (Part IV.C.3.d.).
5. Label all discharge locations (Part IV.C.3.g.).
6. Describe and identify interim and permanent stabilization practices for the site.
7. Document where existing vegetation will be preserved (Part IV.D.4.a.).
8. Describe where and what type of velocity dissipation devices will be used at discharge locations and along outfall channel (Part IV.D.5.b.).
9. Describe how the BMP's will be implemented for non-Stormwater discharges (Part IV.D.7).
10. Section 1.5 is not consistent with Section 8.3. Revise as necessary (Part IV.D.8.c.).
11. The SWPPP shall be revised in accordance with the revised Grading Plan in accordance with the Grading Plan comments.

Provide a detailed response letter, with the resubmittal, and reference the report pages and sections and the plan sheets where revisions where made.
