RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan, Drainage Report and SWPPP

The Grading Plan (GP) and Drainage Report (DR) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Grading Plan:

1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the GP.
2. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting"
3. A Flood Plain Use permit will be required for any work done within the Creekside Wash.
4. Two different addresses are being used for this project, which address is correct?
5. Please add a note to the GP regarding the waiver of the Ret./Det. Basin by the property owner downstream.
6. If the project is to be phased, each phase must function independently of the future phases. If so, please designate the phase lines.
7. The refuse containers located in a P.A.A.L. shall be designed using a 30 degree angle per D.S. 2-02.2.1.32 and D.S. 6-01.0. Please provide a detail of the refuse enclosure also.
8. Please show a typical cross section of the P.A.A.L.
9. A permit or a private improvement agreement will be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permit information.
10. Please edit note 14 of the "Grading and Paving Notes" to reflect the following. Generally slopes of 2H: 1V or greater require hand placed w/ fabric or grouted riprap.
11. Please add a grading note: Cut or fill slopes require a 2' minimum setback from property line per Section 13 of the 2000 IBC.


Drainage report:
1. A provision for the notarized letter from the property owner was made in report, but the letter was not inserted into the report. Please correct.

Stormwater pollution prevention plan:
1. The SWPPP is accepted. Please provide (3) copies of the SWPPP package upon re-submittal of the GP.
