Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Site Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies with re-submittal. 2. Show refuse container location, size, and access thereto fully dimensioned per D.S. 2-02.2.1.32 and D.S. 6-01.0. The Dumpster location is satisfactory with DSD, however permission must be obtained form Solid Waste. Contact John Clark @ 791-3175. DSD cannot approve the SP prior to the approval of Solid Waste. Please submit the approval letter from Solid Waste with the re-submittal. Per previous comment. 3. A DSMR will be required for the non-conforming dumpster location. Please contact Patricia Gehlen at 791-5550 ext. 1179 for information on how to obtain a DSMR. Drainage Statement: 1. A Drainage Statement is approved for SP plan purposes only.
