The Grading Plan and SWPPP were not approved at this time. Grading Plan comments: 1) The grading plan cannot be approved until the site plan has been approved. 2) Add a note indicating that grading will be performed in accordance with IBC 2000 Chapter 36. 3) Provide general dimensions for the retention basin. 4) Provide additional details (elevations) for the basin outlet structure and for the alley crossing. 5) Show means for preventing unauthorized vehicle access into the retention basin. SWPPP Comments Provide three copies of the SWPPP with the next submittal. I recommend revising the description of the receiving waters on pages 7 and 8. Swan Park Wash is a tributary of Naylor Wash. Revise the Grading Plan to address all of these comments and resubmit two copies for review along with a copy of the approved site plan.
