The Grading Plan was not approved at this time. Grading Plan comments: 1) The grading plan cannot be approved until the development plan has been approved. Include a copy of the stamped approved development plan with your resubmittal. Additional comments may be made after the development plan has been approved. 2) The solid waste container location is not accessible as shown. Provide an accessible location for the solid waste container. If the accessibility will be provided with the development of the adjacent lot, show cross access easement recordation information. A certificate of occupancy will not be issued until accessibility is provided. 3) Revise the section callouts on Sheet C1.02 to refer to the correct page for the details. 4) Provide barriers as described in City of Tucson Development Standard 3-05.2.3.C to prevent parked vehicles from extending over the property line. 5) Revise Grading & Drainage Note 3 to indicate that all grading conform to IBC 2000 Chapter 36. Revise the Grading Plan to address all of these comments and resubmit two copies for review along with a copy of the approved development plan.
