All previous comments have not been fully addressed. Approval is not recommended at this time. Please address the following: GRADING PLAN COMMENTS: 1. Provide a basis of elevation with reference to City of Tucson (COT) Field Book and Page; 2. Provide the recording information (Bk 49 Pg 35) for the private drainage easement. Include this information (Book 49, Page 35 - Maps/Plats) with the drainage easement callout note. 3. Provide the same recording information (Bk 49, Pg 35) for the Public Utility easement callout note. 4. Previous comment # 8 has not been sufficiently addressed on the grading plan. Proposed grades and drainage in the driveway area is still not clear. Please provide cross sections and/or spot elevations for this driveway area, with clear demonstration of drainage conveyance away from the garage/structure on the plan. A meeting may be scheduled with me for an over-the-counter review/approval upon completion of revisions addressing the comments provided above.
