Please include a letter with the next submittal addressing how all the engineering and floodplain comments have been addressed. Resubmittal Required: Grading Plan Grading Plan 1. The weir detail C-1/3 shows top opf basin at 35.4. The detail shows a seir depth of 6" and a weir invert elevation of 34.4. This would make the top of basin at 34.9. Also the plan view does not show a 35 contour around the basin. It appears that the top of basin should be 34.9. 2. Show the Grading Limits on the plan. The limits shown can barely be seen. A darker line type needs to be used. The limits must be clearly discernable. 3. Show finish grades for the driveway between lots 5 and 6. 4. Lots 5 and 6 show proposed elevations but these are outside the grading limits. These should be indicated as existing grades. 5. Specify the type of survey pins to be placed on the lot corners. |
