Approval is not recommended at this time - previous grading plan comments are in need of clarification prior to approval of the plan. Please include a copy of approved Hydrologic and Hydraulic Report with the resubmittal. The following comments must be addressed prior to resubmittal: Grading Plan: 1. Provide additional finish grade information south and west of basin 2, demonstrating the appropriate drainage area will drain to the detention/retention basin inlet, or provide a note to "grade unpaved area to basin inlet" or something similar, as provided for the contributing drainage area to basin 1. 2. Include inlet elevations for each basin on the plan. 3. Basin outlet weir details A and D appear to have been reversed when comparing the grading plan with the Development Plan. Please revise these details as necessary, and clarify the varying widths, to specify which outlet weir is 2.5 feet wide and which is 4 feet wide. 4. Depict and label all limits of grading on the plan. Please address all of the above comments. Resubmittal shall include a copy of the approved Development Plan and 3 copies of the revised Grading Plan addressing the comments listed above.
