Please include a copy of the approved Development Plan and Hydrologic and Hydraulic Report with a resubmittal. Approval is not recommended at this time. Please address the following comments: Grading Plan: 1. Provide a Paving and Grading Note to specify conformance to excavation and grading requirements outlined in the 2000 International Building Code (IBC) - local amendment (Chapter 36). 2. Provide additional finish grade information demonstrating that all portions of the drainage areas will drain to their corresponding detention/retention basins, in accordance with the hydraulic/hydrologic report recommendations. 3. Provide basin outlet weir details or additional cross section (as indicated by redlines) for each outlet weir, fully labeled and dimensioned. 4. Depict and label grading limits on the plan. 5. Depict and label all curbing proposed onsite, any proposed curb transitions and label curb return radii. 6. Provide total area to be disturbed on the plan. 7. Label new sidewalk to be constructed, and correct the width specified in the east basin weir/scupper detail A. 8. Provide a site/administrative address. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP): 1. Provide reference to BMP-39 or preferably, a stabilized construction entrance detail on the plan. 2. Provide a copy (with each text/plan) of the signed/dated Notice of Intent (NOI) forwarded to Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). 3. Provide contractor/subcontractor and owner/operator (or authorized representative) signed certifications with the resubmittal. The SWPPP may be approved with the condition that the following items be completed prior to commencement of any construction activity onsite, if not available and included with the resubmittal: a. Provision of contractor and sub-contractor's names/certifications in appropriate locations in the SWPPP, to include the contractor and/or sub-contractor documentation narratives describing the means by which maintenance/inspection procedures will be accomplished and the best management plans for prevention of non-stormwater discharges (refer to contractor's report section 7.2 of the SWPPP). b. Depiction of locations of onsite material storage areas. Please address all of the above comments. Resubmittal shall include a copy of the approved Development Plan, 3 copies each of the revised Grading Plan and the revised SWPPP/report addressing the comments listed above.
