CODE SECTION/ DEVELOPMENT STANDARD 1. There appears to be a lot split on this site plan dividing the eastern O-3 portion of this site from the C-1 portion of the site. The new legal description describes two (2) individual parcels and the legal description does not match the legal provided by Pima County on their web site. Provide one legal description of the entire site that matches the legal provided by the County. LUC Sec 4.1.2 2. The maneuverability behind Class II Bicycle Parking spaces must be a minimum of five feet (5'), only four feet (4') is shown on the plan. A Class I Bicycle Parking detail must be added to the site plan and it must include how the bicycles will be secured. DS 2-09.2.9 3.
