The Drainage Report must determine the minimum finish floor elevation for all structures in the floodplain. The finish floor must be a minimum of one foot above the highest WSEL at any point on any structure in the floodplain. A structure is defined as "a walled and/or roofed building". Structures include garages. The minimum FFE for the garages must be one foot above the WSEL. The information on FFE submitted in the Drainage Report will be used on the elevation certificates as the minimum requirements. 2. Please resubmit the FUP application with the next Grading Plan submittal. Additional copies of the plans and drainage report are not required with the FUP application. The Grading Plans will be stamped with flood plain approval. |
