The applicant agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard, and Watercourse Amenities, Safety and Habitat regulations, and are particularly bound by the conditions stated below. Violation of any of the conditions stated or referred to below, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Responsibility for renewal of this permit, if necessary, is with the applicant. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Land Use Code, or any other Federal, State, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. Additional uses allowed under City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Regulations and Watercourse Amenities, Safety, and Habitat regulations require the issuance of an additional Floodplain Use Permit. The following conditions shall apply to this permit. (Or refer to Chapter 26 page 35) 1. All work shall conform to the attached plans including the approved site and grading plans and Drainage Report which are made part of this permit. 3. The lowest finish floor of the building in the property under this permit shall be placed upon a dirt, concrete, or similar type solid pad a minimum of 2277.82 feet above mean sea level, as referenced by the benchmarks listed in the approved grading plan, as Certified by a Registered Land Surveyor. This certification must be completed and returned to the Development Services Dept., The Office of the City Engineer, Engineering Section on the 1st. floor of the County/City Public Works Building at 201 N. Stone Avenue. This Certification must be completed after the finished floor is constructed. Please call Development Services Department at 791-5550 or 740-6970 (IVR) for inspection prior to any wall construction. 4. The existing drainage patterns at the property lines shall not be obstructed. 5. Within 5 (five) days of issuance of this permit, through completion of the project, notification must be posted and maintained in a conspicuous place on the job site stating "Construction proceeding under requirements of City of Tucson Floodplain Use Permit No. T03OT01621. For information please call 791-5550." 6. Except as approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of construction, development under this permit shall not obstruct, retard or divert the existing flow of floodwaters from or to adjacent properties. 7. This permit becomes invalid and is subject to additional floodplain review, if any required development permit(s') changes the configuration of the structure and or site development. 8. Adhere to specifications outlined in Section C, C2 of the elevation certificate. 9. Return the elevation certificate to the Records Department, 201 N. Stone Ave. 10. Any walls to be constructed will require a separate Permit. This Floodplain Use Permit will be automatically revoked and becomes invalid for non-compliance to conditions set forth in this permit. Also, this permit will expire one year from its date of issue. Renewal of this permit will require a new application, review and approval of that application by the City of Tucson, Development Services Department, Engineering Section. (EXPIRATION DATE) Month: 12 Day: 15 Year: 2004 Note: Final inspection or certificate of occupancy will be on hold until the Elevation Certificate is completed and returned to our office. |
