COMMENTS: Please attach a response letter with the next submittal, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. The length of parallel vehicle parking spaces such as the three shown adjacent to the near the east property line is required to be 23 feet. These three spaces dimension to only about 22 feet on the drawing and the dimension arrow, which are not placed correctly, reads "9 feet x 20 feet typ". Revise to meet standard and position dimension arrow correctly on the drawing. DS 3-05.2.1.B.2

2. Based on the class 2 bicycle parking detail there is not enough room to fit the two proposed posts to park four bikes as shown in front of the vehicle parking space. A wheelstop curb must be placed in this proposed vehicle space to allow overhang of parked vehicle and to prevent the vehicle from striking parked bicycles. Revise the length of the bicycle to be 6 feet on the bicycle parking detail. Revise the detail to be consistent with the calcs which indiate only two bicycle parking spaces are provided/ required. Also, add a dimensioned 5-foot maneuverability area on the bicycle parking detail plan per DS 2-09.

8. Revise h/c parking calculation to read 1/25 rather than 1/50. IBC
