Approval of the Site and Grading Plans is not recommended at this time. The following comments must be addressed: 1. Section 26-11.2 i of the Tucson Code specifies a Floodplain Use Permit Fee for reviews of engineering studies, including review of (a) first resubmittal, of $150.00. This fee must be remitted prior to, or concurrent with a revised drainage report. 2. Please provide recording information for the abandonment of the existing 60' drainage easement for conveyance of flow associated with concentration point D14A. If not recorded, the easement must be abandoned with recording information provided on the plan prior to approval of a grading permit; SWPPP COMMENTS: Please provide an additional SWPPP submittal for stamping/approving and issuance purposes - only one copy was received with the resubmittal.
