A Flood Use Permit is denied.

The following items must be revised or added to the plan. Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed.

Resubmittal Required: Flood Use Permit Application and Plans
Submittal Required: Hydrology Study

1. Hydrology Report is required to provide the required finish floor elevation of the guest house. The finish floor elevation of the guest house must be one foot above the peak water surface elevation of the 100-yr. storm. Elevation certification will be required. See Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management 2.1.2 and 2.3.1 for specific requirements of the Hydrology Report. The Report must be completed by a Registered Professional Civil Engineer. If the Hydrology Report determines that the structure is not within regulatory flow (100 cfs or more for the 100-yr. event) finish floor elevation determination is not necessary. If the Hydrology Report determines that the structure is within regulatory flow and the elevation of the existing finish floor is not one foot above the peak water surface elevation, then this flood use permit will not be approved.
