Honey Bear Place Floodplain use permit T03OT00989 (First Review) T13S, R15E, Section 34 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Floodplain use permit The Floodplain use permit (FUP) cannot be approved at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Floodplain Use Permit: 1. It appears that the building is not being constructed wihtin the building envelope per the Final Plat. Since the building is being placed further into the flood plain, a drainage report including an encroachment analysis along with a recommended FFE is required per S.M.D.D.F.M., chap. II, 2.1.3. 2. Please map the 100-year flood plain limits correctly. A copy of the Final Plat is included with the comments showing the location of both the 100-year and the EHS.. 3. An elevation certificate is required to be submitted to COT engineering division for the Records dept. after construction of the building and before the final C of O is issued.
